- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour or self-rising flour omit baking powder and salt if using self-rising flour
- 1 cup cottage cheese 2% milkfat recommended for creaminess
- ½ tsp sea salt to enhance flavor
- 1 large egg whisked
- 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning adjust to liking
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure perfect baking.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cottage cheese, sea salt, and half of the whisked egg. Mix until a dough forms; add more flour if too sticky.
