Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Avocado ripe, mashed
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese or any cheese of choice

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash it until it’s smooth and creamy.
  • Step 3: Crack the egg into the bowl with the mashed avocado. Whisk them together until fully combined.
  • Step 4: Add the shredded mozzarella cheese to the bowl. Mix everything together until it forms a uniform batter.
  • Step 5: Grease your baking pan lightly, then pour the avocado mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
  • Step 6: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden.
  • Step 7: Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
