Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Mangoes. Peel the mangoes, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into chunks. Place in a blender.
Step 2: Blend the Ingredients. Add yogurt and sweetened condensed milk to the blender with mango chunks. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Chill the Mousse. Pour the mixture into serving cups or a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Step 4: Serve and Enjoy! Garnish with extra mango slices or whipped cream before serving.
Notes
For the best flavor, use very ripe mangoes. Adjust the amount of condensed milk to taste if mangoes are not sweet enough.
