For the Base:
- 15 whole Keebler Graham Crackers
- ½ cup Butter melted
For the Layers:
- 2 cups Mini Marshmallows
- 2 11oz. Packages of Caramel Pieces
- 16 oz. Dove Dark Chocolate
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9x13 inch baking dish.
Crush the 15 Keebler Graham Crackers into fine crumbs and transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add melted butter to the graham cracker crumbs and mix. Press into the bottom of the baking dish.
Melt the caramel pieces with a splash of milk in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
Pour the melted caramel over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the mini marshmallows over the melted caramel layer.
Melt the Dove Dark Chocolate in another microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over the marshmallows and spread gently.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes until marshmallows puff up and chocolate layer is set.
Cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing into squares. Refrigerate for an hour for clean cuts.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- These bars can be frozen for up to three months; wrap tightly in plastic and foil.
