Ingredients
  

Chicken Drumsticks

  • 4-6 pieces Chicken Drumsticks
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil (canola oil recommended)
  • 2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder (use less for less spice)
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Rinse the chicken drumsticks under cool water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Step 2: In a large bowl, add the chicken drumsticks and drizzle with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with smoked paprika, chili powder, ground black pepper, and salt. Toss until well-coated.
  • Step 3: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 4: Arrange the chicken drumsticks in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  • Step 5: Cook the drumsticks for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Step 6: Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, pat the drumsticks dry before seasoning. You can also experiment with different spices or marinate for deeper flavor.
