Chicken and Vegetables

  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts, boneless and skinless Cut into strips (around 1 pound/450g)
  • 1 piece Red bell pepper Sliced into ½ inch slices
  • 1 piece Yellow bell pepper Sliced into ½ inch slices
  • 1 piece Green bell pepper Sliced into ½ inch slices
  • 1 piece Red onion Sliced into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons Fajita seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients - Gather all your ingredients. Slice chicken breasts into strips and bell peppers and onion into appropriate sizes.
  • Step 2: Season the Chicken and Vegetables - In a large bowl, combine chicken strips, sliced bell peppers, and red onion. Add fajita seasoning and vegetable oil, then toss until well coated.
  • Step 3: Arrange in the Air Fryer - Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place seasoned chicken and vegetables in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  • Step 4: Cook to Perfection - Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
