Instructions
Step 1: Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine paprika, chili powder, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Toss the fish fillets in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
Step 3: In a shallow dish, add the dry bread crumbs and drizzle with olive oil. Mix well to coat the crumbs with oil.
