Instructions

Instructions:

  • Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes - Scrub and rinse the Russet potatoes. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut into wedges.

  • Step 3: Preheat the Air Fryer - Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 4: Cook the Wedges - Add the seasoned wedges in a single layer to the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Step 5: Add Parmesan Cheese - Sprinkle half of the parmesan cheese over the wedges 5 minutes before they finish cooking.
  • Step 6: Serve and Enjoy - Once golden and crispy, remove and serve immediately, garnished with remaining parmesan cheese.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes for optimal crispiness.
  • Experiment with spices like cayenne or chili powder for a spicy kick.
