  • 1.5 cups plain almonds raw
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the 1 ½ cups of plain almonds with 1 teaspoon of white vinegar and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Toss until the almonds are evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika and 1 teaspoon of salt over the coated almonds. Mix well to ensure that all the almonds are covered with the seasoning blend.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Place the seasoned almonds in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook them at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Once the almonds are golden brown and fragrant, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool completely. Transfer to an airtight storage container.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks at room temperature.
  • For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe bag for up to three months.
  • Try using other nuts like walnuts or cashews for variety.
