  • 70 g Fresh Avocado
  • 1.5 cups Almond Milk unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract optional but recommended

  • Step 1: Prepare the Avocado - Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Measure out 70g of avocado flesh.
  • Step 2: Combine Ingredients in the Blender - In your blender, add the scooped avocado, 1.5 cups of unsweetened almond milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (if using).
  • Step 3: Blend Until Smooth - Blend on high speed for about 30-60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Step 4: Taste and Adjust - Taste the avocado milk and add sweeteners if desired, blending again to incorporate.
  • Step 5: Serve and Enjoy - Pour the avocado milk into your favorite glass and serve chilled or over ice.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • Freeze in ice cube trays for later use in smoothies.
  • Gently heat on the stove if you prefer warm avocado milk, avoiding boiling.
