- 3 cloves Garlic sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper adjust to taste
- 1 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Thyme leaves fresh
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 wedge Lemon for serving
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Drizzle a tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil into the baking dish, spreading it around to coat the bottom.
Place the fresh cod fillets in the baking dish. Season generously with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Distribute the sliced garlic evenly over the fillets.
