For the Hamburgers:
- 2 pounds ground beef (80/20 recommended)
- 4 teaspoons beef seasoning
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 6 buns
- burger toppings of choice (lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, condiments)
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with beef seasoning. Mix gently until just combined.
Step 3: Divide the beef mixture into 6 equal portions and shape them into patties about ¾ inch thick.
Step 4: Line your baking sheet with parchment paper and place the patties on it.
Step 5: Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Step 6: In the last 2 minutes, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
Step 7: Toast the buns in the oven for a few minutes until golden brown.
Step 8: Assemble your burgers with patties and toppings, then serve and enjoy!
- Use 80/20 ground beef for the best flavor and juiciness.
- Make an indentation in the patties to prevent puffing up while baking.
