Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can (15 ounces) red salmon bones and skin removed
  • 3 slices soft bread cubed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure even baking.
  • Begin by cubing the soft bread into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and milk until fully combined.
  • Gently fold in the cubed bread, salt, and the canned salmon, being careful not to overmix.
  • Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes until firm and lightly browned.
  • Once baked, let the salmon loaf cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes
