  • Step 3: Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and beat until fully incorporated.
  • Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking soda and flour. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Step 5: Fold in the chocolate chips, toffee bits, and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
  • Step 6: Drop rounded balls of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Step 7: Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
