- 1 box White Cake Mix (15.25 ounces)
- 1 box Instant Banana Cream Pudding Mix (3.4 ounces)
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips good quality
- 1 cup Skim Milk
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries chopped
- 2 pieces Bananas sliced
- 1 cup Pineapple chopped
- ½ cup Sugar
- to taste Whipped Cream for serving (optional)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease your 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or a bit of butter.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, banana cream pudding mix, and skim milk. Stir until just combined.
Gently fold in the milk chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish. Layer the chopped strawberries, sliced bananas, and chopped pineapple over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top.
Sprinkle the sugar evenly over the top of the cake batter.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake cool for about 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature, topped with whipped cream if desired.
