Ingredients
  

  • 1 box White Cake Mix (15.25 ounces)
  • 1 box Instant Banana Cream Pudding Mix (3.4 ounces)
  • 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips good quality
  • 1 cup Skim Milk
  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries chopped
  • 2 pieces Bananas sliced
  • 1 cup Pineapple chopped
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • to taste Whipped Cream for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease your 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or a bit of butter.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, banana cream pudding mix, and skim milk. Stir until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the milk chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking dish. Layer the chopped strawberries, sliced bananas, and chopped pineapple over the batter. Pour the remaining batter on top.
  • Sprinkle the sugar evenly over the top of the cake batter.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let the cake cool for about 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature, topped with whipped cream if desired.

Notes

  • Don’t skip the sugar on top for a delightful crunch!
  • Add a teaspoon of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  • Serve warm for the best texture, but it's delicious the next day!
