Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice squares cereal, mini salted pretzels, cheese crackers, dry roasted peanuts, pecans, and oyster crackers. Stir gently to ensure everything is evenly mixed.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, hickory liquid smoke, brown sugar, salt, crushed red pepper flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, black pepper, and chipotle powder until well combined and smooth.
Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients. Gently fold everything together until all the dry ingredients are well coated.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
Bake for about 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even toasting.
Once baked, let it cool completely on the baking sheet before storing in an airtight container.
