Ingredients
  

For the Pizza:

  • 1 ball pizza dough Store-bought or homemade, allow to rise for 2-6 hours.
  • 1 tbsp flour For dusting the work surface.
  • 1 tsp olive oil For brushing on the dough.
  • 1.5 cups pizza sauce Use your favorite store-bought or homemade.
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese Shredded for topping.
  • 1 cup sausage or pepperoni Cooked and sliced for topping.
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese Divided for topping.
  • 1 tsp parsley Freshly chopped for garnish.

  • Step 1: Prepare your dough. Let homemade dough rise for 2-6 hours, or let store-bought dough come to room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Step 2: Preheat your Traeger to 450°F for about 15 minutes.
  • Step 3: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 12-14 inches in diameter.
  • Step 4: Transfer the rolled-out dough to a floured pizza peel and brush with olive oil.
  • Step 5: Spread pizza sauce over the dough, then add mozzarella, sausage or pepperoni, and sprinkle with parmesan.
  • Step 6: Slide the assembled pizza onto the preheated pizza stone in the Traeger and smoke for 12-15 minutes.
  • Step 7: Remove the pizza from the grill, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve.
