For the Fudge:

  • 1 container Pillsbury vanilla frosting 11 lb container
  • 2.75 cups Biscoff Spread

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Pan - Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  • Step 2: Melt the Frosting - In a microwave-safe bowl, gently heat the Pillsbury vanilla frosting for about 30 seconds. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Step 3: Combine Ingredients - In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted frosting and Biscoff spread. Mix until fully blended and smooth.
  • Step 4: Pour and Spread - Pour the fudge mixture into your prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  • Step 5: Chill to Set - Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the fudge is firm.
  • Step 6: Cut and Serve - Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang, cut into squares, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  • For longer storage, freeze individual pieces wrapped in plastic wrap.
