  • 1 pound raw medium shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • Step 1: Prepare the Shrimp - Start by rinsing the shrimp under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
  • Step 2: Make the Batter - In a mixing bowl, combine the skim milk, egg whites, cornstarch, flour, and hot sauce. Whisk until you have a smooth batter.
  • Step 3: Coat the Shrimp - Dip each shrimp into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated. Roll them in the panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
  • Step 4: Fry the Shrimp - Heat oil in your frying pan or deep fryer over medium-high heat. Fry shrimp until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Step 5: Prepare the Sauce - Mix Greek yogurt, chili garlic sauce, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Adjust spice level to your preference.
  • Step 6: Toss and Serve - Toss the fried shrimp with the sauce until well coated. Serve immediately on a platter.
