  • Step 2: Blend the Ingredients - After soaking, drain the nuts and add them to your high-speed blender. Pour in the 2/3 cup of fresh water, onion powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Step 3: Warm the Sauce - Transfer the blended sauce into a small saucepan. Gently warm it over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 4: Serve and Enjoy! - Once warmed, your Cashew Alfredo Sauce is ready to be served! Toss it with pasta or drizzle over roasted vegetables.
