  • 1 14-oz can artichoke hearts drained
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese divided
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz fontina cheese cubed
  • 1 clove garlic pressed
  • 1 Tbsp capers
  • Dash red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the drained artichoke hearts, ½ cup of the grated parmesan cheese, cream cheese, fontina cheese, pressed garlic, capers, and a dash of red pepper flakes.
  • Step 3: Use a spatula to gently mix the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Step 4: Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly across the bottom.
  • Step 5: Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese over the top of the dip.
  • Step 6: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  • Step 7: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
