  • Step 2: Combine Sugar and Corn Syrup - In a large pot, combine the light corn syrup and sugar. Stir over medium heat until boiling (about 2-3 minutes).
  • Step 3: Add Peanut Butter - Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until fully combined.
  • Step 4: Mix in the Chex Cereal - Pour in the Chex cereal and gently fold until well coated.
  • Step 5: Spread in the Baking Dish - Transfer mixture to the baking dish and press down evenly with a dampened spatula.
  • Step 6: Melt Chocolate and Butterscotch Chips - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chips and microwave until melted and smooth.
