  • Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid.
  • Stir again to break up any clumps that may have formed.
  • Transfer to a glass jar or airtight container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Once set, stir before serving and add your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • Freezing is an option; use freezer-safe containers and thaw overnight in the fridge.
