Ingredients
- 1 cup Milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1-2 tablespoons Sweetener (maple syrup, honey, agave, etc.)
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, chia seeds, and sweetener. Stir well to ensure even distribution.
Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid.
Stir again to break up any clumps that may have formed.
