Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro for garnish
  • to taste Salt and Pepper for seasoning
  • optional Toppings Avocado slices, diced tomatoes, or cheese

Instructions:

  • Step 1: Prepare the Marinade - In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, chili powder, and cumin. Whisk until well combined.
  • Step 2: Marinate the Chicken - Place chicken in a resealable bag or dish, cover with marinade, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours.
  • Step 3: Preheat Your Grill - Heat your grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat, brushing with olive oil if using a grill pan.
  • Step 4: Grill the Chicken - Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Step 5: Let it Rest - Remove chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Step 6: Serve and Garnish - Slice the chicken, serve on a platter, and garnish with cilantro and any desired toppings.

Notes

  • For more flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
  • Serve with rice or salad for a complete meal.
  • Freeze leftover chicken for up to 3 months.
