Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add the almond butter, honey vanilla Greek yogurt, and chocolate almond milk. Stir until smooth and fully combined.
  • Next, add the old-fashioned oats, Dutch process cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla extract (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • If you prefer a sweeter taste, drizzle in the maple syrup or honey and stir again to incorporate.
  • Transfer the mixture into your jar or container. Cover it tightly and place it in the refrigerator overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to let the oats soak up the flavors.
  • In the morning, give your oats a good stir. Add your favorite toppings, such as sliced bananas, chopped almonds, or a sprinkle of cocoa powder, and enjoy your delicious Chocolate Almond Overnight Oats!

Notes

  • These oats can last in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Customize each serving with different toppings to keep things exciting!
  • If the oats are too thick, stir in a splash more chocolate almond milk.
