Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Spoon or spatula
  • Serving Glass or Bowl
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt creamy base packed with protein and probiotics
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate granola
  • 1/4 cup raspberries fresh, juicy
  • 2 teaspoons chocolate chips for topping

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt with 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder. Mix well until the cocoa is fully incorporated into the yogurt, creating a smooth chocolatey base.
  • Start with a layer of the chocolate yogurt mixture at the bottom of your serving glass or bowl. Use about half of the yogurt mixture for the first layer.
  • Spoon in 1/4 cup of chocolate granola on top of the yogurt layer. This will add a delightful crunch and texture to the parfait.
  • Next, add 1/4 cup of fresh raspberries on top of the granola. Their tartness will beautifully complement the chocolatey layers below.
  • Repeat the layering process with the remaining yogurt mixture, followed by another layer of chocolate granola and raspberries.
  • Top off your parfait with 2 teaspoons of chocolate chips for an extra touch of sweetness and indulgence.
  • Dig in immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for a refreshing treat later. Either way, your Chocolate Yogurt Parfait is ready to be enjoyed!

Notes

  • For a dairy-free option, swap Greek yogurt for plant-based yogurt.
  • Add a drizzle of maple syrup or honey for extra sweetness.
  • Use fresh berries for the best flavor and texture; if using frozen, thaw and drain them first.
