Step 1: Prepare Your Oven and Pan

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease your loaf pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Step 2: Mix Wet Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth using a fork or potato masher. Add the melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sugar. Stir well until the mixture is combined and slightly creamy.

Step 3: Combine Dry Ingredients

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. This ensures the cinnamon is evenly distributed throughout the bread.

Step 4: Create the Batter

  • Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet banana mixture, stirring gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep your bread tender. If you want to add nuts or turkey bacon, fold them in now for added texture and flavor.
