For the Brownie Pies:
- 1 box refrigerated pie crust (2 rolls)
- 1 box brownie mix (9x13 pan size, plus egg, water, and oil as required)
- 36 Coconut Cream Hershey's Kisses
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Unroll the refrigerated pie crusts and fit into your pie dish. Roll out if desired, trim excess, and poke holes in the bottom.
In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix with egg, water, and oil as instructed. Stir until just combined.
Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pie crust. Place 18 Coconut Cream Kisses evenly over the batter and cover with the remaining brownie batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Let the pie cool in the dish for about 15 minutes before slicing into wedges.
