Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • 1 24-ounce bag Garden Salad Mix
  • 3 medium-sized Roma tomatoes sliced

  • 1 small red onion sliced
  • 1 cup large black olives
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Instructions

  • Start by washing the Garden Salad Mix under cold water. Shake off the excess water and place it in a large mixing bowl. Next, slice the Roma tomatoes into wedges and the red onion into thin rings.
  • Once your greens are in the bowl, add the sliced tomatoes, pepperoncini, black olives, and red onion. Allow the vibrant colors to shine through as you layer these ingredients.
  • Sprinkle the croutons over the top of the salad, followed by the shredded Parmesan cheese. This adds that extra touch of flavor and texture that makes the salad irresistible.
  • Drizzle your homemade Olive Garden salad dressing over the top. Toss everything together gently with salad tongs to ensure an even coating of dressing on all the ingredients.
  • Transfer the salad to a serving platter or individual bowls. Enjoy it fresh, or let it chill for a few minutes in the fridge for an even more refreshing experience.

Notes

  • Store leftover salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator, keeping the dressing separate.
  • For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free croutons or omit them altogether.
  • Feel free to add diced cucumbers, bell peppers, or grilled chicken for more variety.
