- 1/4 avocado mashed or sliced
- 1/2 Roma tomato sliced
- 1/4 cup cucumber sliced
- 1/3 cup full-fat cottage cheese the star of the dish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation Steps
Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Slice the Roma tomato and cucumber, and mash the avocado in a small bowl if you prefer it that way.
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the tablespoon of butter. Once melted, add the slices of bread and toast them until they are golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the skillet and spread the mashed avocado evenly over one side of each slice.
