Cauliflower

  • 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Cauliflower - Wash the cauliflower under cool running water and cut it into even-sized florets.
  • Step 2: Season the Florets - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil and toss to coat. Add turmeric, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper, and toss again.
  • Step 3: Preheat the Air Fryer - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 4: Air Fry the Cauliflower - Place the seasoned cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Step 5: Check for Doneness - Check the cauliflower for a golden-brown color. If not crispy, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 6: Serve and Enjoy - Remove the cauliflower from the air fryer and serve warm, with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crispiness, pat the cauliflower dry after washing. Adjust seasoning to taste.
