Step 1: Pat the chicken tenderloins dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy texture.
Step 2: In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Drizzle olive oil over chicken and toss to coat. Roll each tenderloin in the breadcrumb mixture.
Step 3: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Step 4: Place the coated chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Step 5: Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
For extra crunch, double-coat the chicken by dipping in a beaten egg before breadcrumbs. Adjust cayenne pepper for spice level.
