For the Edamame:
- 2 cups frozen shelled edamame thawed
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- sea salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- optional additional seasonings such as garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, zaatar, or curry powder
Instructions
Start by thawing your frozen shelled edamame. You can do this by leaving them in the refrigerator overnight or placing them in a bowl of warm water for about 10 minutes. Drain and pat dry to remove excess moisture.
