Parchment Paper
- 3 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 10-12 Fun Size Kit Kat Bars broken into sticks
Line your 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
Once your chocolate mixture is melted and glossy, stir in the vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated.
Gently fold in the broken Fun Size Kit Kat Bars, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the chocolate mixture.
Pour the fudgy mixture into the prepared baking pan. Use your spatula to spread it evenly and smooth the top.
Place the baking pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is set and firm to the touch.
Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
- Store leftover fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
- Feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate chips for variety.
- This fudge can be frozen for up to 3 months; thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
