Equipment

  • Microwave-safe Bowl
  • Spatula
  • 8x8 inch baking pan
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10-12 Fun Size Kit Kat Bars broken into sticks

Instructions

  • Line your 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  • Once your chocolate mixture is melted and glossy, stir in the vanilla extract. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the broken Fun Size Kit Kat Bars, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the chocolate mixture.
  • Pour the fudgy mixture into the prepared baking pan. Use your spatula to spread it evenly and smooth the top.
  • Place the baking pan in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is set and firm to the touch.
  • Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.

Notes

  • Store leftover fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
  • Feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate chips for variety.
  • This fudge can be frozen for up to 3 months; thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
