Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Step 3: In another bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 4: Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Step 5: Gently fold the mashed bananas into the butter and sugar mixture.
Step 6: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
Step 7: Gradually add the dry mixture to the banana mixture, alternating with the milk.
Step 8: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Step 9: Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
