Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the fudge brownie mix, large eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until well combined and smooth.
Pour the brownie batter into your prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
While the brownies are cooling, prepare your cream cheese frosting. In a mixing bowl, beat the room temperature cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing until fully incorporated. If the frosting is too thick, add 1-2 tablespoons of milk or cream until you reach your desired consistency.
Once the brownies are completely cool, spread the cream cheese frosting evenly over the top. This will be your “pizza sauce.”
Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the frosting. You can also melt your choice of chocolate candy melts and drizzle them over the strawberries for an extra touch of sweetness.
Slice your brownie pizza into wedges, just like a traditional pizza, and serve immediately.
