- 5 oz Dried Beef chopped
- 5 Green Onions chopped
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder
- 0.25 tsp Salt to taste
Instructions
Gather all your ingredients and chop the dried beef and green onions. Make sure your cream cheese is softened to room temperature for easy mixing.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well combined and creamy.
Fold in three ounces of the chopped dried beef and three chopped green onions into the cheese mixture. This adds flavor and texture to your cheese ball.
Spoon the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Using the wrap, shape the mixture into a ball. Wrap it tightly and refrigerate for at least two hours to firm up.
Once the cheese ball has chilled, unwrap it from the plastic wrap. Roll the cheese ball in the remaining chopped dried beef and green onions to coat the outside evenly.
Transfer the cheese ball to a serving platter and serve it with your favorite crackers, sliced vegetables, or bread. Enjoy the compliments that come your way!
