Ingredients
  

Chicken Wings

  • 10 pieces chicken wings
  • 10 pieces wingettes
  • 10 pieces drumettes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Water

  • 1 cup water For cooking in the Instant Pot

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Rinse the chicken wings, wingettes, and drumettes under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels.
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, ground black pepper, and salt. Toss the chicken wings in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
  • Step 3: Pour 1 cup of water into the inner pot of the Instant Pot.
  • Step 4: Place the wings on the trivet or directly in the pot.
  • Step 5: Seal the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes, then let the pressure naturally release for 5 minutes before a quick release.
  • Step 6: For extra crispy wings, preheat the oven broiler. Remove wings from the Instant Pot and place on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Broil for about 5 minutes, turning halfway through.
  • Step 7: Serve and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces!

Notes

Make sure to dry the wings thoroughly before seasoning for the crispiest results. Adjust seasoning to your liking or add hot sauce for an extra kick.
