Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1.25 cups All-purpose flour (150 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 large Egg
  • 1.25 cups Whole milk (300 ml, warm)
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and salt.
  • Step 2: In another bowl, beat the egg lightly, then add the warm milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Whisk until combined.
  • Step 3: Gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined.
  • Step 4: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Test if it's ready by sprinkling water on it.
  • Step 5: Lightly grease the skillet and pour about ΒΌ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Step 6: Flip the pancakes and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Keep warm while repeating with remaining batter.
  • Step 7: Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For best results, let the batter sit for about 5 minutes before cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
