  • ½ cup Peanut Butter smooth or chunky, your choice
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea Salt Flakes

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, ground cinnamon, and sea salt flakes. Stir until evenly distributed.
  • Step 4: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the peanut butter and maple syrup. Microwave for 20-30 seconds until soft and stir until smooth.
  • Step 5: Pour the peanut butter mixture over the oat mixture and stir well until all oats are coated.
  • Step 6: Transfer the granola mixture to the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly, pressing down lightly.
  • Step 7: Bake for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through for even browning.
  • Step 8: Remove from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet.
  • Step 9: Once cooled, break into clusters and store in an airtight container.

Notes

For clumpier granola, press the mixture down firmly before baking. You can also add mix-ins like nuts, seeds, or dried fruit after baking.
