- 1 cup mayonnaise

- 1 stalk celery (finely chopped)
- 1 unit green onion (finely chopped)
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
For the Sandwiches:
- 8 slices bread
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- 8 slices white cheddar cheese
- 1 large tomato (sliced, optional)
Stepwise Method:
Step 1: Prepare the Tuna Salad - In a mixing bowl, combine the drained and flaked tuna with the mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped celery, green onion, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined, ensuring all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
