Ingredients
  

  • 1 15-oz container ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 24-oz jar spaghetti sauce

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for even cooking.
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, 1 cup of mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, and parsley. Stir until creamy.
  • Step 3: Lay one egg roll wrapper flat. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of cheese mixture onto the center.
  • Step 4: Fold sides over the filling and roll tightly, sealing edges with water if needed. Repeat until all filling is used.
  • Step 5: Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and place rolled egg rolls seam side down.
  • Step 6: Pour spaghetti sauce over the egg rolls, then sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  • Step 7: Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Step 8: Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy with a sprinkle of fresh parsley!
