Can use non-dairy yogurt if preferred.

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt and maple syrup. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Step 3: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it into an even layer, about half an inch thick.
Step 4: Add your favorite toppings such as fruits, nuts, or chocolate chips.
Step 5: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
Step 6: Once frozen, lift the parchment paper to transfer the bark to a cutting board. Break into pieces and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
