  • Step 1: Activate the Yeast - In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, active dry yeast, and honey. Allow it to sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  • Step 2: Mix the Dough - Add olive oil, all-purpose flour, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix until the dough comes together.
  • Step 3: Knead the Dough - Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  • Step 4: Let the Dough Rise - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  • Step 5: Prepare the Garlic Butter - Melt butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant. Stir in chopped herbs.
  • Step 6: Shape the Breadsticks - Punch down the dough, divide, and roll into sticks. Place on a dusted baking sheet.
  • Step 7: Grill the Breadsticks - Preheat grill to medium heat and grill breadsticks for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
