  • Step 2: Heat the Olive Oil - In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Step 3: Cook the Mahi Mahi - Place the mahi mahi fillets in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden-brown and flaky.
  • Step 4: Create the Garlic Butter Sauce - Reduce heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds. Add unsalted butter and melt.
  • Step 5: Add Lemon Juice and Parsley - Squeeze lemon juice into the skillet, mix in chopped parsley.
  • Step 6: Return the Fish to the Pan - Place the cooked mahi mahi back into the skillet and spoon the sauce over it. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Step 7: Serve and Enjoy - Transfer to a serving platter, drizzle with garlic butter sauce, and serve immediately.
