Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil helps to keep the salmon moist
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese provides a savory, nutty flavor
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 dash salt enhances flavor
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper adds a slight kick
  • 8 ounces salmon fillets fresh, rich in omega-3 fatty acids
  • 1 whole lemon sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) for a crispy topping.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, parmesan, parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Place salmon fillets skin-side down in an oven-safe baking dish.
  • Spread the garlic parmesan mixture over each salmon fillet evenly.
  • Arrange lemon slices around the salmon in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  • Remove from oven, let rest for a few minutes, and serve with roasted lemon slices.
