  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce base of the sauce; adds saltiness and umami
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar balances the saltiness of the soy sauce
  • Sesame seeds for topping, adding a nutty crunch
  • Chopped green onions freshness and color to finish the dish
  • Hot sauce (optional) for those who enjoy a spicy kick

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Cook the Ramen Noodles - Start by bringing a pot of water to a boil. Once boiling, add the ramen noodle packet and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain the noodles and set them aside.
  • Step 2: Sauté the Garlic - In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Be careful not to let it burn!
  • Step 3: Combine the Sauce Ingredients - Add the soy sauce and brown sugar to the skillet. Stir to combine, allowing the sugar to dissolve into the sauce.
  • Step 4: Add the Noodles - Toss the cooked ramen noodles into the skillet, mixing them well with the sauce. Ensure every noodle is coated with that delicious garlic and soy mixture.
