- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 cups Honey Nut Chex cereal
- 2/3 cup vanilla protein powder
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate, natural peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is completely melted and smooth.
In a large mixing bowl, add the Honey Nut Chex cereal. Once the chocolate mixture is melted, pour it over the cereal, gently folding it in with a spatula until all the cereal is coated.
Sprinkle the vanilla protein powder over the chocolate-coated cereal. Fold gently to ensure that the protein powder is evenly distributed and that every piece of cereal is coated.
