Ingredients
  

  • 3 large Eggs for a fluffy texture
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk for moisture without added sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut Oil or Ghee melted for rich flavor and healthy fats
  • 2 tablespoons Honey for natural sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract to enhance flavor
  • 1.5 cups Hazelnut Flour for a nutty taste
  • 1/4 cup Tapioca Flour helps with texture
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda for leavening
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt to balance flavors
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon optional for a warm spice note

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients and tools. Preheat your waffle iron according to its instructions.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil or ghee, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • In another bowl, combine hazelnut flour, tapioca flour, baking soda, sea salt, and ground cinnamon (if using). Mix well to ensure even distribution.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay!
  • Lightly grease your waffle iron with coconut oil or ghee. Pour the recommended amount of batter into the preheated waffle iron, close it, and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions until golden brown and crispy.
  • Carefully remove the waffles from the iron and serve warm with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Store cooked waffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Freeze waffles between parchment paper in a freezer-safe bag or container for up to 3 months.
  • Reheat in the toaster or microwave for a quick breakfast option.
