Potatoes

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Wash the potatoes thoroughly to remove dirt, then dry them with a kitchen towel.
  • Step 2: Poke several holes into each potato using a fork to allow steam to escape.
  • Step 3: Drizzle oil over the potatoes and rub it evenly across the skins, then sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Step 4: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F or 200°C).
  • Step 5: Place the potatoes directly on the grill grates, close the lid, and cook for 40 to 50 minutes, turning occasionally.
  • Step 6: Check for doneness by inserting a fork into the thickest part; it should slide in easily.
  • Step 7: Remove the potatoes from the grill, let them cool for a few minutes, then cut open and top with your favorite toppings.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding spices to the oil or topping with grilled vegetables.
